1- Energy-efficient:
Adopts American Gardner- Denver technology. The round speed of blower is 3600 rpm. The faster round speed, the greater centrifugal force, the higher efficiency, the lower power. In the same air capacity and pressure, the energy consumption of the multistage centrifugal blower is 15-25% lower than the roots blower.
2- Non-bolt installation:
Small tremors, the bearing vibration of the blower is <4mm/s. Our multistage centrifugal blower is one and only non- bolt installation blower in China.
3- Customized high-speed efficient broadband motor:
Motor frequency is 30-70Hz, round speed of motor is 4000 rpm. The bearing of the motor is Sweden SKF Bearing. The principal axis of the motor is ceramic plating to eliminate the magnetism.
4- Monitoring device:
The monitoring device is real-time monitoring the electricity, the voltage, round speed, vibration and temperature. When the temperature or vibration of the blower is over the setting range, the monitoring device will automatically power off to protect the blower.
5- Air cooling:
The bearing and oil box are on the both ends of the blower to isolate the heat of the rotors and there is the fan for cooling. The air cooling can be used in low temperature and reduce the use cost.
6- Long service life:
The blower cover is integrally casting with HT250 high grade cast iron. The impeller is casting with aluminum alloy. The bearing is using Swedish SKF bearing. The service life of multistage centrifugal blower is 10 years.
7- American Shell lubricant:
The multistage centrifugal blower is using American Shell lubricant. The lubricant can reduce the wear of the bearing and the service cost than lubricating grease.
Blower shell structure:
1. The blower shell is made of high quality cast iron. The pressure is changed by changing the number of the impellers.
2. There are different variety of options for inlet and outlet orientation design, according to the user's site to choose.
Rotor device
1. Impeller is casting by gravity, use steel mold, to ensure the accuracy of the impeller.
2. The single impeller is corrected by static balance, the rotor device being assembled is corrected by dynamic balance, to ensure smooth operation of the blower.
3. Each series of blowers are designed with a variety performance of impellers.
4. The balance plate is a utility model patented technology, it greatly reduces the axial force on the bearing, improve the efficiency of the blower and extended the bearing lift.
Complete blower
1. The whole structure of the blower has a patent for appearance.
2. The blower and the motor are fixed on the steel base. The whole blower can be placed on the cement hardened ground without the anchors, easy to install.
Bearing device
1. Bearing device is fixed on the both ends of the blower, the temperature of the bearings is substantially reduced. And it is easy to routine maintenance.
2. Shaft seal is using labyrinth seal, carbon ring and suction seal. The suction seal is a utility model patents.

2. What is your warranty?
Our warranty is 12 months after received the roots blower. During the warranty period, replace the damaged parts for free of charge. Out warranty period, to provide timely, high-quality technical services and price concessions spare parts to ensure continuous safe and high-quality equipment operation.
3. How long is the service life of multistage centrifugal blowers?
About 10 years under common use.
4. What is your terms of packing?
A: Generally, we pack our goods in bubble film on iron pallet. If you have legally registered patent,
we can pack the goods in your branded boxes after getting your authorization letters.
5. How does your factory control product quality?
We have quality inspection department. All blowers are running more than 3 hour before delivery to test the quality. If there is quality problem, we will produce new one.
6.What are your terms of payment?
1. TT 40% AS THE ADVANCE PAYMENT AND TT 60% AFTER INSPECTION BEFORE SHIPPING.
